Our coaches will push you beyond what you thought you were capable of!

At Lifelong Endurance we offer so more then just a coach to give you a workout. We believe that to achieve your personal best, your coach needs to push you beyond what you think you are capable of.

All of our coaches are supportive, excited and passionate people who love to swim, bike and run. We’re seasoned athletes who have tested the methods and practices that we preach.

We’re here to make you a stronger, smarter and more efficient athletes. Your success is our business!

Katie Whidden
Katie is the head Multi-Sport coach at Lifelong Endurance. Possessing a CSCS, USAT Level 1 , and USAC Level 2 Certification. Katie coaches endurance cycling and triathlon.

Andrew Simmons
Head running coach at Lifelong Endurance. Andrew coaches  beginner to  elite athletes  from the 5K to 100 mile. Andrew is a USATF  level 2 and  TrainingPeaks level 2 Coach.

Zach Baker
Zach coaches 5K to the Marathon and has had major success with masters athletes. Zach is a firm believer in heart rate training and a dedicated distance runner!

Hillary Allen
Hillary coaches runners from 5K – 100 miles. She specializes in  coaching trail ultra marathons. Her athletes have podiumed at many prominent marathons and 100 mile race.

Kaitlyn Morgan
Kaitlyn coaches endurance runners from 5k- 100 miles. Specializing in trail running and runners wanting new challenge on road or trail. Kaitlyn enjoys helping athletes achieve new goals!
