All of our coaches are supportive, excited and passionate people who love to swim, bike and run. We’re seasoned athletes who have tested the methods and practices that we preach. We have coaches all across the United States in Colorado and Michigan serving athletes Worldwide.

Running Speciality

Our run specialty coaches are focused on helping you achieve your goals on your timeline. We coach athletes focused on road running from 5K to the marathon, as well as trail runners from 5K -200 Mile races. Our staff of coaches bring not only professional certifications but personal experience to what they do. Come join the team that’s helps athletes achieve the best version of themselves. We’ve built over 100 Boston Qualifiers, 10+ Leadville 100 Finishers, 20+ Ironman Finishes, 50+ Overall Wins, and the results keep coming in, when will you join the team that will take you where you want to go?

Coach Andrew SimmonsAndrew Simmons
Head running coach at Lifelong Endurance. Andrew coaches  beginner to  elite athletes  from the 5K to 100 mile. Andrew is a USATF  level 2 Endurance Coach, TrainingPeaks Level 2 Coach, and a Level 2 Lydiard Foundation Coach. Andrew believes that conscious coaching leads to high achieving. results driven athletes. Andrew loves to help athletes grow and understand and identify their bigger purpose in the sport!

Kaitlyn Yonke
Kaitlyn coaches endurance runners from 5k- 100 miles. Kaitlyn specializes in coaching trail,mountian, and ultra-endurance athletes. She brings a Lydiard foundation Level 2 certification and personal experience to her coaching. She can be found all along Colorado’s front range, or deep in the mountain testing her limits.

Coach Zach BakerZach Baker
Zach coaches 5K to the Marathon and has had major success with masters athletes. Zach is a firm believer in heart rate training and a dedicated distance runner!

Nicole Camp
Nicole  coaches age group runners from 2 mile to the marathon. Specializing in age-group athletes and runners wanting new challenge on road or track. Nicole enjoys helping athletes achieve their best!

Lexi Miller Lifelong EnduranceLexi Miller
Lexi specializes in working with Trail and Ultra Endurance Athletes. Lexi loves to introduce athletes to the sport and help guide them through the entire experience. Lexi brings together gratitude, empathy, and patience into her coaching. If you’re venturing into the sport, Lexi is a great guide.

Triathlon Speciality

Coach Katie WhiddenKatie Whidden
Katie is the head Multi-Sport coach at Lifelong Endurance. Possessing a CSCS, USAT Level 1 , and USAC Level 2 Certification. Katie coaches endurance cycling and triathlon. Katie brings nearly a decades worth of coaching knowledge to the team. A former D-1 basketball player she understand what it takes to perform at the top. She is also a firm believer that strength is essential to an athletes success. Katie is also the Head coach of the Colorado School of Mines Triathlon Team, and Assistant Coach of the Peak Performance Youth Running Team.

Laura Bruck-Renzelman
Laura coaches age group triathletes from Sprint to Ironman. Specializing in age-group athletes looking to challenge themselves and see their best. Laura is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She brings her knowledge form the weight room into your world to help you get you functionally strong!

Stacy Musunuru
Stacy is a USA Triathlon Level 2 Certified Coach with more than 15 years of endurance racing experience and more than 10 years coaching experience. Stacy is a member of USA Triathlon’s National Coaching Commission (NCC) in addition to being a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM-EP). She has attended the Elite Coaching Mentorship Program at the Olympic Training Center in 2009 and 2015.
