The Dirty 30 Training Group

What is the Dirty 30 Dirt Pack all about?
It’s about getting you together with other like minded individuals and preparing for the Dirty 30 12 Miler and 50K. This group is all about providing opportunities to help athletes train for one of the hardest 50K’s in Colorado.  The dirty 30 has a big goal in 2018 – finish 100% of the athletes that come to the start line. With that goal in mind – we created the Dirty 30 Dirt pack to help you stay accountable and have ample opportunities to train with great coaches who will help you take your training to the next level.

When does the group Meet?
The Dirt Pack will meet Wednesday and Saturday mornings to keep you engaged and accountable to your training. Wednesday mornings meet at 6am, Saturdays at 7am. Locations will range from Boulder to Littleton. Run will offer 2 distances in line with the group training plan to make sure you’re covered if you’re doing the 50K or the 12 Miler.

What does it cost?
$165 – That’s it.

Kaitlyn Morgan

2nd Place Age Group at Silver Rush 50

Kaitlyn Morgan is an ultra runner and coach for Lifelong Endurance. Kaitlyn has been a professional coach with the Lifelong Endurance Team for 2 years and possess certifications from the Lydiard Foundation as well as from USA Track and Field. In 2017 she personally tackled the Leadville 100 course, finishing 6th Overall Female. In 2018 She coached 4 athletes to a 100% finish rate at the Leadville 100, a race that had a 52% finish rate. She has tackled tough courses around the US from the TNF 50 in California, Speedgoat 50K in Utah, and a little race we know as the Dirty 30!

Andrew Simmons

Andrew is the Head Coach and Owner of Lifelong Endurance. Andrew brings his knowledge as a coach helping athletes perform at the front of races from 5K to 200+ miles. Andrew holds certifications from the Lydiard Foundation, USA Track & Field specialization in Endurance, and TrainingPeaks Level 2 Coach. He believes in building  athletes from the ground up is important and integrate strength training and functional movement into the work he does. Andrew likes to understand what internally drives his athletes and likes to know all about his athletes to help them reach their best on race day.
