For the past 8 years we have served hundreds of athletes helping them achieve goals they never thought possible. We work with clients worldwide, coaching them in running and triathlon. As an organization, we are passionate about encouraging physical, mental, and emotional health while building a robust community, both locally and online. Our athletes are driven and are learning what they need to be successful in the sport.

Previous Experience
Experience as an athlete
A creative problem solver
Working with teams, athletes or individuals to motivate and reach an end result
Willingness to
Be a humble promoter of yourself
Seek your own clients as well as the ones the business connects you with
Take ownership of your actions
Be an active participant of this team attending trainings and events
Is a self starter and can manage programs and groups without much oversight
Write and speak to clients and business partners in a professional manner
Pay attention to the small details as well as engage in the big picture
Use data to analyze athletes training and performance
Compensation: Pay is commensurate with experience and based on a percentage of athlete fees collected
