5 Week Running Intensive & Clinic

In 5 weeks we cover:

1. Foundations: Hips, Glutes, Core

2. Power Postures: Unilateral Control, Balance, Advanced Mechanics

3. Mechanics: Lean, Arms, and COM

4. Cadence: Turnover, Landing, Lean

5. POWER! Pulling all the pieces together!

Homework:

Clinic attendees are given homework after each session. Homework has proven to improve performance and increase the speed at which athletes adopt new patterns. We know that in 5 weeks you'll dramatically improve your running form.

We keep class sizes small so we can give a greater attention to detail and answer questions as they happen.
