Coach Katie Whidden - Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist | Lakewood, CO

Coach Katie Whidden specializes in coaching youth and adult athletes. Katie coaches High Performance youth athletes across numerous sports including track and field, softball, football, hockey, and lacrosse. Katie sees the weight room as one of many building blocks for future success and has seen that success pass through her weight room. Athletes Katie has coached have gone on to numerous D1, D2, and D3 schools.

Whether you’re looking for a program focused on long-course triathlon, mountain running, or running form - we have you covered. We also offer 1:1 strength coaching through TrainHeroic if a plan just won’t do.
